Accident Claims (RAF & PRASA)
We have more than 20 years of experience in RAF and PRASA litigation. We pride ourselves in having handled and brought value in even the cases that were thought to have prescribed or expired.
Our highest settlement so far is a claim that exceeded 7 million. Due to the threshold in compensation qualifications or strict road accident fund laws, we choose only the cases that we honestly believe that we can win for our potential clients.
We mostly assist in passenger claims. Driver-claims that we assist in is rear-enders (where a potential client was hit from the back). We do not assist in pedestrian claims that involve accident on highways or where a person was probably trying to commit suicide.
As regards the severity of the injuries, we prefer to assist in claims that involve fatalities (passenger claims of gainfully employed deceased persons who left spouses and/or minor children), multiple fractures, head injuries leading to mental incapacity or epilepsy, etc.
Insurance and Pension Funds Law
Claims related to pension funds and insurance law (life covers, death covers, etc) meet delays, repudiation and related challenges. We pride ourselves for having achieved pay-outs for many of our clients in situations where confusion reigned supreme or all hope was lost.
Government Law
We provide legal support services and litigation to or against government departments, public entities, municipalities or public bodies. We also have extensive experience in legal support in forensic or any special investigations.
